Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping is a 3-5 day service with tracking provided. Orders are processed the next working day or the same day if placed before noon. You may be sent the confirmation the following day as it takes some time for the tracking number to be generated.
We also offer next day delivery on orders placed before 12pm.
All our orders are packed professionally and insured. Our rates are calculated by weight and we do not profit from the shipping charges.
Some of our items are too large for a regular courier service, please contact us for a quote. You can purchase these pieces online but please note you will have to pay a separate shipping charge before the piece will be dispatched.
Free shipping offers exclude furniture and other over-sized items. Offers that include free shipping are nullified if the order is cancelled. In this case you can return the item to us for a refund, but we will retain the cost of shipping.
We ship internationally using an economy service. Please contact us if you would like an express international service.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase/s we are happy to offer exchange or refund, provided the product is returned to us as sold.
Simply send the product back within 28 days of delivery, letting us know what’s wrong and we will issue a refund or exchange.
There is no additional shipping charge for exchanging slippers, however if the order is later cancelled we will retain the cost of shipping from the refund.
